  8. This diskette contains the data files used by Wizard's Lair I.  Since this
  9. diskette is accessed during game play, never remove it from the diskette
  10. drive if you are playing from diskette.  Otherwise, the system may hang.
  11.  
  12. Of course, if you are running WL-I from a hard drive, simply copy the
  13. contents of this disk and the program disk onto the hard drive.  From then
  14. on, ignore any messages that ask you to replace the data disk.
  15.  
  16. You may save your game to this diskette.  This is recommended, since you
  17. will not have to switch diskettes when saving, thus eliminating the chance
  18. of forgetting to replace this disk in the drive when the game is saved.

  20. REMEMBER: EACH SAVED GAME REQUIRES ABOUT 2500 bytes, SO BE SURE THERE'S ENOUGH
  21. ROOM FOR MULTIPLE SAVED GAME FILES !!

  23. There's room on the Data Disk for about 70 different saved game files.

  25. NOTE: CONV.EXE and CONVERT.DOC

  28. These two files are to be used ONLY by individuals who had been playing
  29. with version 1.3 or earlier.  If you intend to use saved game files
  30. created with these earlier versions with the current version, 2.0, you
  31. MUST convert these earlier files with the CONV.EXE utility.  The file
  32. CONVERT.DOC explains how to do this.
